512 Pet Supply – Cancellation Policy
At 512 Pet Supply, we understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible for our customers. To help us continue providing great service and availability for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation guidelines:
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.
• Appointments canceled less than 1 hour before the scheduled service time will be subject to a 25% non-refundable fee of the total service cost.
• This policy helps cover the time reserved specifically for you and allows us to better accommodate other customers.
